Next Door’s Spring 2018 Newsletter
It’s that time of the year again to catch you up on what’s happening at Next Door!
We’ve been busy during the first few months of 2018 organizing a professional development conference for 160 early childhood education teachers in Milwaukee and celebrating Black History Month at all three of our center-based locations. You can read more about those events and view pictures in our Spring 2018 Newsletter.
The newsletter also features our annual President’s Luncheon in February when our leadership unveiled Next Door’s “2017 Report to the Community” to more than 65 guests – including donors, volunteers and community leaders. The report covers everything from student outcome data to donor recognition.
A photo collage in the newsletter captures special reading moments over the past few months – including another visit from Milwaukee Bucks player Thon Maker and more than 5,000 books donated to Books for Kids from a book drive led by two young sisters from Kohler.
