In our 2022 winter newsletter, you will see how we are supporting our children with more individualized attention as they continue their transition back to in-person learning. It’s all part of our Accelerating Equity Initiative aimed at enhancing student support across several developmental areas.
You will also read about how we are working to combat the national teacher shortage and recruit more high quality early childhood educators to the field. We have created Next Door’s Pathways program, offering different ways for individuals to enter the field and pursue higher degrees – at no cost to them.
In addition we recap results from our 2021 Next Door Book Challenge, Holiday Gift Giving and the “If You Give a Child a Book” campaign from TMJ4 and Scripps Howard Foundation. So much wonderful generosity for the children and families of Next Door!
