Next Door named Top Workplaces 2021
We have some exciting news to share! Next Door was named a Top Work Places 2021 by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
Next Door was among 141 winners representing companies and organizations across southeastern Wisconsin. The newspaper selects winners based on feedback from employee surveys. Next Door’s recognition came in the mid-size business category.
This win for Next Door comes on the heels of our recognition last year as a Best Places to Work from Milwaukee Business Journal. We have made several new investments in our staff over the past few years to support them professionally and personally. Examples include: raising the minimum wage to $15, prepaid tuition assistance toward higher education, loans for unexpected life costs, a success coach to manage work and life challenges, additional paid time off and several virtual supports during COVID-19.
